Do I need to install anything on my computer?
No. Zetta runs in the browser, just like Gmail. Open it on any computer, tablet or phone and you're in. Nothing to download, install or maintain.
Can I start free without a credit card?
Yes. Sign up at zetta.ar/onboarding, fill in your company info and start using it. We don't ask for a card until you choose to upgrade.
Can I issue electronic invoices on day one?
Yes, as long as your CUIT is enabled with AFIP and you have a point of sale. With that, you'll set up Zetta in a few minutes and issue your first A, B or C invoice with CAE the same day.
How does collecting via Mercado Pago from an invoice work?
When you create an invoice, you click 'collect' and Zetta generates a Mercado Pago link. You send it via WhatsApp or email, your customer pays online, and the invoice is marked as paid automatically. No manual entry.
Can I use it as Monotributo?
Yes. Zetta works for Responsable Inscripto, Monotributo, Exento and Consumidor Final. It issues the right voucher type (A, B or C) based on your tax category and your customer's.
I'm not very tech-savvy. Can I still use it?
Yes. It's designed so anyone can get started without any technical background. If you can send a WhatsApp, you can use Zetta. And we'll help you via chat or email whenever you need it.
What if I'm a one-person business?
It works the same. The starter plan is built for solo entrepreneurs and very small businesses. You can add users later as you grow.
Is my data safe? Can other companies see it?
No. Each company has its own isolated space in the database. No one (not even other Zetta customers) can see your information. Sensitive data is encrypted and we run daily backups.
Do I have to sign a long contract or pay a year upfront?
No. You pay month to month and cancel from the panel anytime. Pay annually and you get a discount, but it's never required.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Add extra users at the price listed in your plan, or move to a higher tier. The change is automatic and you don't lose any data.
Can I sell online? Do I need anything else?
With the E-commerce module you build your store with your branding, connected to stock and Mercado Pago. No need for Tiendanube, Shopify or any extra setup: it's already inside Zetta.
Can I give my accountant access?
Yes. Create a read-only user for Accounting and Finance. They see everything they need (ledger, invoices, journal entries) without being able to change day-to-day operations.
What if my internet goes down?
While you're offline you can't operate (true for any cloud system). When the connection comes back, everything is exactly as you left it, with no data loss.
